To continue to have access to your Zip Clock time clock account, you will be asked to enter your credit card information and select your subscription plan. Once that is done, your trial account for our task manager app will become your permanent account. If you decide not to continue at the end of your 14-day trial, your account will expire.
No. Zip Clock is a pay-as-you-go service. Your easy time clock subscription is month-to-month for as long as you’d like. You can even upgrade or downgrade your plan at anytime through the “Setting App->ManageAccount->Apps” tab in the application. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again.

We currently accept payment via credit card as well as ACH (automatic bank withdrawals), by request. You can select whether to be charged monthly or annually, and your credit card or bank will be charged accordingly at each period.

Yes. We want you to put the Zip Clock employee scheduling app in the hands of all your employees but in order to do that we do have a few price brackets based on the number of employees. This is great if you're seasonal because you can upgrade or downgrade at anytime.
